How this started

For a little while now, I have been going back and forth regarding posting my thoughts and experiences, but the pandemic has certainly helped me collect my thoughts and provide me with the push to start this.

Social media is a real killer and I have always scoffed at those who post about themselves or their perspectives; now I have found myself in that exact role. I am far from being an influencer, but I want to share my experiences with any who care to listen or those who have been or who are going through similar situations. I founded Nursing is My Cardio with a mission to give others a taste of what goes on in my mind.
